My first "professional" recorder. If I'd known beforehand what a hassle it is to get recordings off a minidisk recorder -- you have to play them off in real time(and that's not the only hair-stripping complication) -- I would never have bought one. But it's rugged and truly portable and has done good service. More on the Portadisc when there's time . . .
